This moment. You can literally see the change in Hiro, the change as he realizes that this man had no remorse for what he did. Hiro goes from a fourteen-year-old boy to a man, from immature to mature.You can see it on his face; his expression literally snaps. That very moment when he knows that he will stop at nothing to avenge his older brother, even if that means killing a man. The way Baymax jumps down in sync with Hiro’s anger makes it all the more emotional. The Change was probably my favorite moment in this movie.
